Do you have a dreams that you longingly hope to see realized?
Some of them are embarrassingly small. Some are laughably huge. A few are on paper, but most have remained crashing around in the back of my head. From time to time, all have overwhelmed me to the point of hiding from them.
However, when a dream becomes an imperative, when it becomes something that I must do, rather than something I just wish, how do I turn it into reality? How do we make sure that a year from now, we’re closer to achieving that goal?
Here’s a hint:
Courage and perseverance have a magical talisman, before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish into thin air.
– John Adams
Great works are performed not by strength but by perseverance.
– Samuel Johnson

Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent.
Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts.
Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.
The slogan ‘Press On’ has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race.
– Calvin Coolidge
Dreams don’t become reality by continually thinking about them. They become reality by continually doing something about them. There is a place for thinking and planning, but until we take action, our dreams will remain just dreams.
I have to tell myself every day to take another step. Then I need to take another. Each step seems small, but it’s amazing the distance that can be covered when we just press on.
